Shade netting is widely used in our daily life. To study the effect of shading by different colors of sun shade nets on the yield and quality of summer tea and spring tea. Tea tree was used as the test material, and black, green, and silver-white shade nettings with no shading and moderate shading (shading rate (50±13)%) were used to carry out shading tests.

The experiment showed that compared with the experimental control group, the weight and density of tea leaves in the tea gardens in different seasons after shading were higher than those in the control tea garden. In summer, the black and green shading net shading treatments were significantly different from the control. The group is 10.21% and 6.07% higher. The spring black, green, and silver treatments were significantly higher than those of the control group, which were 4.29%, 11.11%, and 5.30% higher than the control, respectively.1607062216866843.jpg

In summer, there is a significant difference between the density of black tea and the tea garden of the control group, which is 7.40% higher than that of the control group. In spring, the black, green, and silver white shade netting treatments were significantly higher than those of the control tea garden, and were 32.47%, 31.50%, and 22.28% higher than the control tea garden, respectively. In different seasons, shading the tea garden can increase the moisture content of tea leaves, but there is no significant difference between the tea garden and the control.

Therefore, in summer, black and green shade nettings are used in tea gardens, but in spring, three colors of shade nettings are used for shading, which can increase the free amino acid and caffeine content of tea, and reduce the content of tea polyphenols and phenol-ammonia ratio. Compared with the control tea garden In comparison, the amino acid content of the black shade net treatment in summer and spring is significantly different from the control group, which is 14.22%, 17.07%, and 6.23% higher than the control group respectively. In summer, the content of tea polyphenols in tea leaves after shading treatment with different shading nets was not significantly different from that of the control, but in spring, the content of tea polyphenols in the black and green shade netting treatments was significantly different from that of the control group, which was 27.66%, 22.62%, 19.21% lower than the control.

In summer, the phenol-ammonia ratio of tea leaves shading treated with black shading nets was significantly lower than that of the control group, which was 16.40% lower than the control group. In spring, the phenol-ammonia ratios of black shading nets and green shading nets after shading treatments were both higher than those of the control group. The difference is significant. In autumn, the treatments with black shade net and green shade net were 20.13% and 11.79% lower than the control tea respectively, while in spring, they were 31.82% and 20.55% lower than the control. In different seasons, the caffeine content of the black shade net shading treatment reached a significant difference with the control. The caffeine content of black treatment in summer, autumn, and spring was 9.48%, 8.10%, and 7.28% higher than the control, respectively.

The test results show that the application of black and green shading facilities in summer and autumn, and the application of three colors of shading facilities in spring can effectively improve the quality of green tea in hilly tea gardens. In different seasons, black shade netting can significantly increase the yield of green tea and improve the quality of green tea. So black shade netting are the best choice for tea growers.
